Throughout her dynamic career, Melissa has contributed to various critical aviation sectors, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Beginning as a flight attendant, Melissa developed a strong foundation in frontline safety and customer service. This hands-on experience paved the way for advanced roles, including Safety and Emergency Procedure Trainer, where she delivered essential training to ensure crew readiness and passenger safety. Furthering her commitment to safety education, Melissa also served as a Dangerous Goods and Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training Specialist, sharing her deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and effective teamwork strategies.
As a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Designated Examiner, Melissa played a pivotal role in maintaining high standards within the industry, evaluating personnel competencies, and ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory requirements. Her regulatory insight and experience as a Safety and Compliance Officer provided a strong basis for overseeing safety protocols, conducting audits, and implementing compliance strategies.
