Information desk

The Information Desk is located on the ground floor of the main terminal building next to the arrivals area. The team is happy to help with any questions you might have.

The Information Desk team can also process RingGo car parking payments and sell bus tickets and Isle of Man Transport Go cards. For more details on bus tickets, visit the Isle of Man bus and rail website.

Washrooms

There are multiple accessible washrooms available throughout the terminal for your convenience on the ground floor and first floor of the terminal.

Identification required

When checking in at the airport, identification is required. Always check with your airline to confirm identification your airline recognise.

Boarding pass

We encourage all passengers to check in online to retrieve your boarding pass. Check with your airline to find out when online check-In opens.

Check-in at the airport is possible for some airlines for those customers that cannot check in online. Contact your airline to ensure your airline offers airport check-In.

UK & Northern Ireland domestic flights

Check-In & Bag Drop opens 2 hours before scheduled departure time.

Check-In & Bag Drop closes 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time and cannot be extended beyond these times.

Dublin flights

Flights to Dublin open 2 hours and 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

Check-In & Bag Drop closes 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time and cannot be extended beyond these times.

International flights

Check-In opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Check-In closes 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and cannot be extended beyond these times.

Café Oasis

Café Oasis is located on the first floor of the terminal and is open to all airport visitors. It offers fantastic views of the airport. It’s an ideal spot to grab a bite or a drink before passing through security, saying goodbye to a loved one, or waiting for someone arriving on an inbound flight.

Opening Times: 06:00 to 16:00 (subject to availability)

WHSmith

WHSmith is conveniently located on the first floor of the terminal right next to Café Oasis. Here, you can find daily newspapers, books, magazines, food, drinks, travel essentials, tech accessories, and stationery. Plus, there is a great selection of Isle of Man TT merchandise and other Isle of Man gifts!
