Hannah Lo Bao is the Commercial Director at Isle of Man Airport, leading strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, develop new airline partnerships, and enhance the overall passenger experience. With over 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, she has held senior roles across multiple sectors, including commercial development, customer service, and operational management.

Before joining Isle of Man Airport, Hannah was Head of Customer Service and Commercial Development at London Southend Airport, where she played a key role in business growth and airline relations. She has also worked with leading aviation organisations such as NetJets Europe, Harrods Aviation, and EuroManx Airlines.

Education: Hannah holds a BSc in Aviation Management and is a graduate of the Stobart Group’s Leadership Development Programme. Passionate about improving the customer journey and fostering strong industry relationships, she continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of aviation on the Isle of Man.
