Luke Mosley
Head of Airfield Operations
Luke Mosley joined Isle of Man Airport in May 2026 as Head of Airfield Operations, bringing over two decades of experience in aviation, having begun his career in 2000. He has held a range of senior operational leadership roles at Bristol, Southampton and London Gatwick Airports, with responsibility across airfield, security and terminal operations.
In his current role, Luke is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the Airport’s airfield. He leads both the Airfield Operations and Airfield Engineering teams, ensuring high standards are maintained across all airside activities. He is committed to fostering a strong safety culture, supporting his teams to deliver reliable, well-coordinated operations, and ensuring services meet the needs of passengers, partners and stakeholders.
Education: Luke has completed extensive training in aviation operations, safety management and regulatory compliance. His experience across multiple UK airports has equipped him with the knowledge and practical expertise required to manage complex airfield environments while maintaining full adherence to industry standards.
Personal Interests: Luke enjoys travelling with his wife and young son, going to the theatre and watching rugby. He is looking forward to exploring the Isle of Man and making the most of its coastal and countryside surroundings.
