What shops are at the Airport?

WHSmith is located landside on the first floor. 

The shop Skylines is located in the Departure Lounge and sells a varied range of newspapers and magazines, together with high end cosmetics, perfumes and locally sourced Manx gifts. Perfume, makeup and toiletries such as Boss, Calvin Klein, Gucci, Giorgio Armani and Naked are on sale at up to 20% saving on high street prices and for that extra special gift we have a selection of Radley handbags, Manx Gin and Vodka and sparkling wines. The very popular range of TT clothing and gifts are available all year round.

Does the Airport offer free Wifi ?

When you arrive at the airport you can enjoy free Wi-Fi. Simply follow the steps below

Navigate to the list of available wireless networks.

Select `IOMG Manx Telecom Wi-Fi`

Click on the `Accept` button and session will start.

Is there a water fountain (landside/airside)?

There is a water fountain conveniently located in the Departure lounge after passing through security.

 Is there a VIP lounge if so what time does it open?

The Rendezvous lounge operated by Menzies Aviation, is located after Security.

Where are the toilets located?

There are toilet facilities situated on the first floor near to the top escalator. There are also toilet facilities in the Departure lounge

What time does the Airport open/close?

Terminal Opening Hours: Mon-Sun, 05:30 - 21:30 (Unless there are extensions for late flights)

*On Sundays airport facilities are opening 2 hours before the first flight

Do you have cash machines at the Airport?

There is a cash dispenser in the main entrance lobby of the Terminal. Both Manx and English sterling can be used at the Airport and through the island.

Are left luggage facilities at the Airport?

There are currently no left luggage facilities in the Isle of Man Airport. 

Can I exchange money at the Airport?

Unfortunately, money exchange service isn't available at the Airport.

Can I buy Bus travel cards at the Airport?

Yes, you can buy bus travel cards from our Information desk. The staff will be happy to assist.

Do you have baby changing rooms?

Parent and baby rooms are located on the ground floor of the main Terminal and in the departure lounge. A baby change unit is also available in the toilets on the first floor of the terminal adjacent to the Skylines shop and the Café Oasis at the Airport

I’ve lost something at the airport, how do I can get it back?

A lost property register is maintained by our Airport Service Delivery Managers. In the first instance, please email Airport.ServiceDeliveryManager@gov.im or call (01624)821600. In doing so, please can you state clearly your name, contact details, date of travel, and flight number together with a full description of the lost item

Where can I smoke at the airport? 

You can smoke outside the terminal building in the designated zone near the main entrance which is clearly marked. There are no smoking facilities once you have passed through security.
