As our new Security Compliance Officer, you will be at the centre of the Isle Of Man aviation environment, helping to shape the future of airport security while protecting one of the Island's most important transport hubs.
Working closely with the Head of Passenger Operations, you will play a leading role in strengthening security culture across the Airport, ensuring compliance with aviation security legislation and identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we operate.
From conducting audits and risk assessments to investigating incidents and influencing policy development, your expertise and judgement will help safeguard the Airport, its people and the thousands of passengers who travel through it every year.

Salary: £38,395 – £44,857 per annum
