Aer Lingus Regional Reaffirms Commitment to the Isle of Man with Continued Connectivity to Dublin

Aer Lingus Regional, exclusively operated by Emerald Airlines, is reaffirming its long-term commitment to the Isle of Man, as the airline celebrates more than four years of connecting the island with Dublin and beyond.

Aer Lingus Regional continues to provide reliable and convenient connectivity between the island and Dublin.

Since launching operations from the Isle of Man in 2022, Aer Lingus Regional has provided reliable and convenient connectivity for both business and leisure passengers, helping strengthen links between the Isle of Man and Ireland.

As part of its ongoing commitment to the market, Aer Lingus Regional continues to operate up to twice daily services between the Isle of Man and Dublin, offering customers greater choice and flexibility throughout the summer season.

Passengers travelling via Dublin also benefit from seamless onward connections across Aer Lingus’ extensive network, including direct services to North America destinations such as New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC and Los Angeles. Customers booking onward travel with Aer Lingus benefit from a single ticket purchase, baggage transfer and access to Dublin Airport’s US Immigration Pre-Clearance facility, allowing passengers to complete US immigration formalities before departure and arrive in the United States as domestic passengers.

Commenting on the announcement, Ian Lough, Head of Commercial at Emerald Airlines, said: "We are proud to be serving the Isle of Man, continuing to provide reliable and convenient connectivity for the island. Over the last four years we have built strong links between the Isle of Man and Dublin, supporting both local communities and visitors travelling for business and leisure purposes. We remain committed to offering customers choice, flexibility and seamless onward access through Dublin to destinations across Europe and North America."

Mark Beveridge Isle of Man Airport Director said : "Aer Lingus Regional has become an incredibly important connectivity partner for the Isle of Man over the last four years. The Dublin service not only provides vital direct links to Ireland but also gives Isle of Man residents and visitors seamless access to North America and a wide range of international destinations through the wider Aer Lingus network.

We are delighted to see Emerald Airlines continuing to invest in the Isle of Man market through the addition of extra Dublin frequencies during the peak summer period in August. This additional capacity will provide greater flexibility for passengers and further strengthen connectivity at one of the busiest times of the year. Strong and reliable air links are essential to the Island, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Emerald Airlines in the years ahead."
